5365 Beacon

5365 khz USB, at 0200 UTC. It's very faint here in Jacksonville, NC but I was able to pick up a buzzer. saw it on my RTL SDR v4 using EFHW antenna.
SDRplay RSPdx, Xiegu X6100, RTL-SDR v4, ATS-20+, 90ft RWEF Antenna.

I heard the buzzer too, till 5:32 UTC. On Wide-band WebSDR,
 What do you think it is?
