On 6300 after some earlier test carriers -- IDs by male "Radio Dechovka" and more um pa music
Signal quite good at Norway, Finland and Hagenow SDRs

Radio Dechovka is a larger private radio organization in the Czech Republic with headquarters in Prague.
 They also broadcast in streaming.I think the broadcast was streaming through a pirate TX.
It's great that something new is on the HF airwaves from the former "social democrat" country!
