Late SDR recording catch

2359 Signed on with an ID "You're listening to Community Radio Network (affiliate?) broadcasting on (?)7.9 FM and 1710 AM", with the Hudson County TIS of Doom mixing in and out.
0014 Sounds like an old radio drama now.
0240 Carrier off - although for much of the broadcast I was only hearing Hudson County, even though this carrier was stronger. Dead air?
