Found RRO in English on 17700 kHz this morning. S9+10 signal. 
Their page is showing a 15460 spot for this transmission

but HFCC is showing the 17770 frequency.

Caught RRO on 17700 kHz again this morning.  1242z with S9+15 signal.
Checked Twente for the published 15460 frequency and the same broadcast was on there too.

17700 signal started being audible here around 1230z.  S9+ by 1243z, off at 1256z with S9+15 signal.  Mentioned a frequency for Africa 21470.

Tipped off from GH World of Radio, looks like RRO is on a different transmitter/location.  I also checked the 'old' 15460 frequency again and it is active.  Maybe a partial fix of the TX site?
