Wow.   Haven't heard Cairo in a LONG time.  YL hosting broadcast in English  underneath a lot of noise.   Some music at 22:58 then back to talk at 22:00.

English as of 2210 UTC -- distortion -- not as bad as past times but still pretty bad...heard at MD SDR

Had them this time yesterday with English service but so badly over modulated with YL speaking at auctioneer pace made it impossible to understand - I guess that's their IS  🤣
