Not at all audible out west here, so listening via the Atwater, Ohio, SDR, where the signal's fair but not great. Seems to be some peskies interfering, too ...

Signal started off good, but dropped quickly afterwards & ranged between decent to weak with fading conditions.  Came on at 00:01z & off at 00:26z.
