Weak signal with rock music hard at 0128 UTC via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR ...

0129 UTC: Male voice with Space Junk Radio ID into "You Spin Me Round" by Dead or Alive.
0133 UTC: "Electric Funeral" by Black Sabbath.
0138 UTC: "Rock You Like a Hurricane" by Scorpions.
0141 UTC: I still see a faint carrier and hear something, but the music's mostly being buried by noise.

I can detect a carrier if I switch to USB, but that's it.
