New Year's Eve Pirate Radio 2024-2025--
« on: January 01, 2025, 0444 UTC »
OUTSTANDING!!!!   And THANK YOU ALL TONIGHT!

In my late involvement in pirate radio, quite a few years ago now,
I was mostly working on New Year's Eve--- the best night of the year in my profession at that time--

so unable to front my own station, let alone listen to others---

Seems I missed quite a bit--- but not tonight!

Best 'New Year's Eve' I have experienced in many years....

73s and FIGHT For FREE RADIO!!!!!!

(PS  you people are a bad influence on me!!!   LMAO)

"Are you talkin' to me?"

 ;D

I was a taxi driver, and always worked Friday and Saturday overnight shifts, as well as New Year's Eve--
hence my frequent Saturday morning (after work) shows, and frequent Sunday evening shows, from 2004-2011.
After that, we relied upon various relay stations until 2018, when the operation kinda slid into 'pause'--
until today, at least.

All reception direct-- From my location, radio and antenna.

Tecsun S-8800 and Kenwood R-2000, with about 135 feet of wire thrown up in the trees.

And....that's the right movie to pull this from too, given Mr. Poet's line of work. I see what you did there, Poacher.  :D
