0927 UTC station just signed on with the song "Cuckoo waltz"
0928 UTC Dj speaking Audio very low and ground noise is moderate.

SINPO 3/2/2/2/2 with moderate noise via University of Twente Netherlands sdr. Set noise reduction to on and filter to 6.15 KHz.
