Def OM tx from time to time at 0129.  Mucho splatter.

0144 OM oratory still going on
0153 fading a bit, still OM talk
0202 still hearing OM oratory

I've got something in the noise here, but it's barely audible. Too much splatter from the adjacent channels. Sounds like an OM talking.

Poor copy here in MI. with just bits of audio.  S9 clear copy via Token's Perseus.  Here's what I caught including the sign-off announcement (at 0231z):
