I believe that the proper pronunciation is "Dick Bul-jah".

Good local references to "Rev-vee-ahh Beach", etc. Surprised that I did not hear any mention of "Quin-zee", where Dick was known to "hit the packee" (for lighters ["lye-tahs"]) from time to time.
