113- Creepy gothic sounding new age music with OM vocals.
114- OM with deep voice speaking (perhaps part of music).
115- Similar style music, but with more upbeat percussion.

128- Mellow spacey music, then voice in reverb, maybe an ID? WENO?
129- Repeating high-pitched vocals (sampled audio)?

Good here on the SDR recording for the first few minutes, before it mostly faded out.

WENO seems like a good bet, so I changed the thread title. The station op can always confirm or correct us with a QSL.  :)
