That was some weird reading. I can't follow all of the legal and precedental stuff, but it's just weird that (a) one company wants to do this in the first place, and (b) another company objects.  Talk about rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic...  It's like someone wants to bring back Wometco Home Theatre.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
