0150 extremely weak signal with no audio detected.
All reports given are direct from my station in NYC.
Main toys are a Flex 3000 SDR, Icom 756 Pro II, Drake TR-7, plus other assorted odds & ends.

For you youngsters, there used to be a real Radio Canada International. 
Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.
