Estacion 4940 AM Venezuela 0230 UTC 22Jan25

Estacion 4940 Located in Southwest Venezuela near Colombian border. Male and Female announcers speaking Spanish with Rancheras Music.  Male gives station ID as: "Station 4940 reaching all of Venezuela". SINPO 44444

AirSpy HF+ Discovery, with BHI DSP,  1 60' Loop-On-Ground, 1 40' Loop-on-Ground antenna (KK5JY Designs), 1 45' End-Fed Sloper at 30' high 9:1 antenna feeding a K-480WLA Pre-Amp/Pre-Selector system. 
Plus a working 1938 Zenith 7S363 SW Receiver for fun.

Big into SWDX late 70s through early 90s, then forgot about it and when I returned via SDRs it wasn't at all what I remembered, but I'll deal with it. Grumble, grumble. All SDRs acknowledged, nothing is from my own radio.

ive heard them up here in alaska.... better than youd expect.. but never quite enough to make out speech, which seems to be a bit underwhelming
