F03 and P03 Polish digital 23 JAN 2025
« on: January 23, 2025, 2348 UTC »
And I managed to identify "mysterious" (for me) short digital transmissions broadcast shortly before or after the analog transmission of the E11/S11a group.
According to Pryiom, this is their digital variant marked with the symbols F03x and P03x. As many as 12 variants of FSK or PSK modulation have been described, where x denotes the letter of the modulation variable.
My curiosity has been satisfied, but I will not report these transmissions.

Hi Kris.

The pity is that there is still no known software to decode this modulation. Also ENIGMAS F03 can't yet be put on paper in a way that it makes "sense" (groups of 5 numbers or letters). There is only known that E11 and S11a frequencies are used and a few TDoA results that are really tangible.

Kind regards
