Voice of Korea, Pyongyang.  Female announcer w/ID followed by a couple Military Marching songs, then a Male announcer with the news propaganda of the day.  News focused on recent meetings with South Korean leaders, many comments denouncing the alliance between the US and Republic of Korea (South). All in English language with SINPO of 4/5/4/3/4
