Favorite Pirate Radio stations from the 80's both heard and QSL'd were Voice of Venus, RNCI, Tangerine Radio, Voice of To-morrow, Voice of Laryngitis, Radio Sound Wave, Radio Paradise International and Radio Clandestine among many others.

 Carrier on at 0138. Just above the noise on Scratch Monkey's SDR in Louisiana.

0139 - Female vocalist with accompaniment.
0141 - Fade out or off the air.
0149 - Hearing bits of music on SDRs in and around Texas. Just a bit above the noise on most. Frequency is ~6950.13 KHz.
0154 - Electric guitars. QRM from a ute. Modulation low is very, very low making it hard to follow.
0202 - Still going but I have to leave. Good night.  Anybody else hearing this?

I believe that it was Captain Morgan Shortwave which was operating around that frequency at that time.
