VOA with Tibetan service via Udon Thani, Thailand.   Male & female dialogue AZ: 304 but exact target unknown as short-wave.info doesn't list targets and EIBISPACE doesn't list t.his broadcast at all.

As the azimuth is 304 degrees from Udon Thani, signal would get into (and be targeted to) Bhutan, Nepal, Myanmar, and Tibet - nice catch, unless you are atop of Mount Everest.  ;)
