UFO beacon on Sept 11

UFO  14400.08kHz will be on today Sept. 11  from 1340Utc - 0200 Utc
This is an experiment to see if propagation
warrants a PHFER beacon on 14Mhz...

This experiment will be on going and it will be posted
on this forum when UFO is transmitting...

Do to the fact that UFO is being heard on the east coast
and lots of sigs. on 20 meters...
UFO will be on from 0130-0230Utc

maybe longer if more reports continue to come in...

Here's my log from earlier:
 
Heard the UFO beacon while being tuned to 14399.85 USB - SIO ranged from 232-333 with fading conditions bringing the signal in & out of the static to easy copy at times.  Started listening at 23:30z & heard the beacon stop at 00:02z.  The strongest time for my location was around the 23:30z-23:45z range.  The short audio sample is from 23:33z-23:35z.

UFO just faded into MD at 1525z. Nice signal for a while, seems to be gone now at 1530z.
