Good evening. I picked up Radio WDR at 19.02 U.T.C. here in Northern France, when the operator was broadcasting the song performed in 1989, "I beg your pardon" (I Never promised you a rose garden). The SINPO was 45444. The signal was 5/12 LED. I received a QSL card from the operator. Thank you very much. Good DX. Benoît.
