0009 UTC OM in English talking over the music...mention of US Forces (Song playing is "DOA by Bloodrock")
(Difficult to fine tune...S6 peaks)
0020 UTC OM talking but rough copy
0021 UTC OM gave possible ID, but I'll have to listen back on the recording...followed by unid rock tune
0029 UTC OM talking over music about how long the song is
0033 UTC 2 OM talking, followed by an unid rock tune-OM singer
0036 UTC Audio buried in the noise
0039 UTC Music now solid above the noise
0040 UTC OM talking with mention of Vietnam and Marijuana followed by "See Me Feel Me"-The Who
0041 UTC Audio gone

Listened back on the recording and at 0021 UTC the OM DJ said..."FM 69, Vietnam's only psychedelic FM stereo multiplex station"
