Good evening. Here in Northern France, I picked up this UNID radiostation too. It was 20.06 U.T.C. and the signal was 3/12 LED with a SINPO of 35222. It was a test of tranmission. The operator give an e-mail address but I couldn't understand it. Could it be Radio MARKIES testing the frequency 6310 KHz ? Good DX. Benoît.
