0250 repetitive flute (?) theme - too poor to tell if there is more than the breakthrough instrument.  0234 suddenly much better signal with 'Girlfriend is Better' - Talking Heads.

I believe this is 6930 kHz AM.
DX-398 direct is inaudible.
