Radio Europe 6130 AM 1745 UTC 9 MAR 2025

Am hearing here in NZ non-stop accordeon music. Is this a European or the Chinese station on the freq. I suspect the latter; however, the signal is not very good, unlike most Chinese stations. Can someone please confirm whether there is or is not a pirate on the frequency today.

There is always the legal Dutch station Radio Europe, with maybe 10 kW ?
On 24/7 with non-stop music, no DJ, not many IDs
