 Portuguese broadcast 15190 khz @ 23;12 Z (18:12 CST Local ) with songs with a religious flavor by a male "vocalist'  followed up by numerous instrumental songs featuring  drums, light strings and xylophone.
OM with preachy narrative @ 23:27 Z with slight QSB.
Back to song with yL vocals @ 23;32
Haven't heard them in quite a while.
