Strong signal in western New York SIO 5-4-5, some fading in and out

1948z  "Slaughterama"
1949z  "This is Station Stern Radio", repeated, and then a woman speaking in German, probably the same ID
1950z  "Me I Funk" by KMFDM, according to Shazam
1953   "Das ist Stern Radio ... we have been broadcasting since 2023 in stereo"
2003z  German woman speaking over music, including a brief flourish of "New York, New York"
