Voice of Vietnam via Hanoi with Indonesian program. Interval signal followed by female host with news and comment. Good signal this morning covering the usual annoying high pitched interference that's usually found on this frequency. SINPO: 4/4/4/4/4 On days when the interference is present its best to use USB for reduced bandwidth. Logged with RTL-SDR.com V4 Dongle with 60' Loop-on-Ground feeding a K-480WLA antenna/preamp
