CGTN China CRI seems to be off the air as of 2000 UTC??
AirSpy HF+ Discovery, with BHI DSP,  1 60' Loop-On-Ground and 1 40' Loop-on-Ground antenna (KK5JY Design) feeding a K-480WLA Pre-Amp/Pre-Selector system. 
Plus a working 1938 Zenith 7S363 SW Receiver for fun.

Back on at 2035 with reduced power, looks like trouble in paradise...

Hi Paul,

I  listen to a 1 hour show at 2000 daily called "The Bridge" on CTGN / 13630 Khz  hosted by an
American announcer who lives in Bejing. Anyway yesterday no signals from CTGN and after checking
multiple CTGN frequencies I realized their entire network was down.  All is well as they gradually got
back to full power about 2035.  I doubt the reason for the outage will ever be known.
You might want to check out "The Bridge", interesting talk show with various guest and viewpoints.
Always on at 2005 UTC after the news.
