So from what i can find this seems to be a recording of the "Russian Buzzer" UVB-76 and the
music is from pirates on the same freq during the recording.

2332 - YL number station with music behind it
2334 - CW
2338 - Digital tone with (russian?) man speaking
2340 - OFF

0027 S7 hearing voices but sounding thin and faint at times. Possibly an old recording?
