Weakly heard in Masset, BC at 03:03 UTC, but on measured 6949.801, so either 6950.1 was incorrect, or a drifty transmitter!
    On 6949.806 rechecking at 03:08.  Agree, a lot of lightning static tonight.   Transmitter now off at 03:10 UTC....Walt
