Sounds like one of the programs from Radio Havana at 0311 utc?

Time ticks from WWV heard at 0314 utc with OM announcer talking

DXers unlimited with the late Arnie Coro, been years since I heard his voice since his passing at 0318 utc.

0321 utc panpipe music while YL speaks.
0325 off the air.
