0422 2 OM in UNID language. Flip flopping between English and UNID language.

0418 This station had been testing for the last half hour or so with a loud hum. Seems to have improved a bit now, but the hum is still there. About S9 here on Long Island.
0422 Unintelligible conversation
0431 Conversation is actually in English with a heavy, heavy Welsh or Scottish accent. Hard to tell if there are stations there or if they are being rebroadcast since the original hum remains.

QTH New Hampshire (70 miles north of Boston).
