Not a strong signal, but hovering around S5 via the Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR ...

2156 UTC: "Ship of Fools" by Grateful Dead.
2201 UTC: Sounded like a guy on the mic said something, then an SSTV transmission.
2203 UTC: OM on the mic: "The rest of this album is brought to you by my fellow Cosmonaut ..." into some transmitter noises and then "Estimated Prophet" by Grateful Dead.
