0339: Man with talk unable to make out.

0344: More talk and it sounds like a relay of another radio station.
0345: Got To Give It Up by Marvin Gaye.
0350: Beach Baby by First Class.
0354: Hanky Panky by Tommy James & The Shondells.

0408 This appears to be a relay of WION Ionia, MI.

Very weak here on the SDR recording, but occasionally some audio popped up above the noise floor.
