2257 UTC: Woodpecker noise and bits of talking again. Makes me nostalgic for Cold War era broadcasts.
2259 UTC: Weak music, then a bit of a female voice counting.
2301 UTC: Female voice talking, mentioning frequency and ID of Radio Free Spirit.
2302 UTC: "Feels Like a Number" by Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band.
2306 UTC: Female announcer voice back again with frequency announcer, Radio Free Spirit IDs, and some other stuff lost in the noise.
2307 UTC: Loud sound effect, then female voices counting and musical tunes; sounds like numbers stations recordings again.
2309 UTC: Female voice talking again, this time about radio, though much of it was lost in the noise.
