Strong signal here +10dB/S9. It sounded like he said "Here on DBS" The static crashes keep taking him out.

2311z - "your host Dr. Rock - featuring the Classic Rock Segment"
2311z - music, Mettalica, One
2318z - unreadable. Signal dropped below my S9 noise level

2318 UTC. Metal music. Some talk-buried in static crashes. Into Cat Scratch fever. S5 and S7 into GA.

This is PBS, Pirate Broadcasting System. Into Cat Scratch Fever after ID at 2318 UTC. Huge S9+20 signal but taking long, deep fades periodically.

Recorder catch, S9 and very good audio @ 2310 with "The Star-Spangled Banner".  PBS - Pirate Broadcasting System ID @ 2311z then into Metallica.
