I've been seeing an intermittent carrier on 6950 with occasional (possible) weak audio. Not sure if this is a pirate, or a spur of some kind. Cuba's thrown spurs like this on the 43 mb before.

I'm seeing all sorts of things going on between 6945and 6995, all appear to be LSB, the loudest on 6965 khz. I can't seem to focus in on the language although it sounds Spanish. Freebanders/ peskies?
