Station playing very odd music, kind of reminds me of whales singing. No id only the music now seems off at 0157z. The signal was S5 here.

Radio Gallifrey Intergalactic, 12-24-13, *0139-0225*, 6.925U, sigs in and above static at S3-5, strange music, some slow talk that i couldn't make out, railroad car sounds at 0151, more strange music & sfx.  just walked back into room at 0206 & caught end of morse code, bagpipes heard at 0207.  sign off w/ID at 0225.  fortunately i was taping, morse code was "Radio Gallifrey Intergalactic Intermission Flipping Record F Sharp A Sharp infinity RGI"
