Voice of Tibet 9322 khz QSY to 9327khz
« on: December 24, 2013, 1401 UTC »
Not strong enough at my QTH for audio but I followed the carriers on my SDR & the audio on Twente.  VOT went from 9322 to 9327 at 13:40z & the Jammer on 9325 followed about 7 minutes later. I usually hear VOT on its 15 mhz frequencies, I notice that the jamming is not nearly as effective on the 31 mtr band. VOT is via Tajikistan on this freq.
