Well, it's come to this: It's midnight and I'm listening to a heavy metal cover version of "The Wheels On The Bus Go Round and Round" on pirate short wave radio on Sternradio. Is life great, or what!?

S10 signal heard via the Traverse City, Michigan, SDR ...

0118 UTC: "I Can't Drive 55" by Sammy Hagar.
0121 UTC: "Night Driver" by Tom Petty.
0125 UTC: Synth voice with WDEF ID, then "Drivin' My Life Away" by Eddie Rabbitt. (This was a favorite song of mine when I was about 9 years old and hadn't discovered The Clash and other rock music yet.)
0128 UTC: "Spike Driver Blues" by Mississippi John Hurt.
0132 UTC: "Drive My Car" by The Beatles.
0134 UTC: "Drive" by The Cars (just a great song).
0138 UTC: Canned WDEF ID into a sound clip, then "Truckdrivin Neighbors Downstairs (Yellow Sweat)" by Beck.

Thanks for the music on this Friday night, WDEF!
