S3-S5 signal heard via the Cape May County, New Jersey, SDR ...

0038 UTC: Usual female host with ID and frequency announcement and then talking about cipher keys coming via an upcoming SSTV transmission.
0040 UTC: SSTV transmissions of letter and number keys, which came out pretty distorted, thanks to the noise on the frequency and short breaks in the transmitter.
0043 UTC: YL announcer: "That was the key. Use it wisely."
0044 UTC: "Heavy Scene" by Meg Lee Chin. The transmitter's still switching on and off in short bursts at times.
0048 UTC: YL with email address and mentioning special eQSL before giving ID again, then "Caravan" by Spiral Rhythm.
0054 UTC: The song's still going, but the transmitter's really struggling to stay on the air.
0057 UTC: YL host with ID and frequency announcement again, then "Chasing the Circle" by Spiral Rhythm.
0100 UTC: YL host with ID again and then telling a story set in 1947 in a small Pennsylvania town. It goes on to involve shortwave and a cryptic transmission. The signal's mostly coming in at S3 now with some increased fading.
0103 UTC: The host gave a warning about another SSTV transmission coming up, then the SSTV transmission was sent.
0104 UTC: The host gave a shout-out to HFU and thanked listeners for reception reports. She then started a story about a construction company building highways and other things in 1969. Still some interruptions in the signal and audio at times.
0106 UTC: ID again into "Trust" by Megadeth.

0120z   "Free Spirit Radio", fortunately I heard the ID, but music and other talk very difficult to hear.  Seemed to go off around 0131z.
