I'm hearing it now on 7260.4, at an S6 at home. It's an S8 on the KPH SDR.

EDIT - a few hours later, it has shifted down by about 30Hz, to 7260.37. Also, there is another station on 7259.16 that is sending strings of random letters. I'm assuming they are random, and not encrypted. I heard it before, but figured it was a regular ham station in QSO. On actually listening to what it was sending though, it would appear not.

A couple weeks back I heard CW being sent on or near 7260 that actually had a repeating message of sorts. I won't repeat it here, as I think the message was personal in nature, a slam on someone. It would probably fit in with the 'feud' alluded to upthread.

Haven't heard it since them.
