The station you heard is the Pacific Service of Radio New Zealand (RNZ) on 7425 Khz daily from 0800 UTC - 1100 UTC broadcasting in English. Their signals are always very strong into Florida every morning.  RNZ Schedule:  https://www.rnz.co.nz/international/listen
