Too bad it took a war to wake up the government to the importance of a radio service like VOA.

But it's better than not waking up to its importance at all.

It's amazing.  It's like all these "useless"/"corrupt"/"inefficient"/"broken" government services that are being shutdown served some purpose or had some critical mission.  Who would have known?  ::)
