S9 with the Weston, UK KiwiSDR. YL speaking from some talk program I think, heard this before. Mixing slightly with the weak UNID station in AM on this frequency. Covered by radar at 2154 UTC.

Very odd, I had one, but the file seems to have disappeared  Either way, I know this is a just a ham behaving badly.

https://voca.ro/15jOoCU28x54 for the weird thing that's on now. Recently this frequency has had Sound of Hope from Taiwan (but given time of day and which SDRs I heard it on, seems to be coming from Europe), identified via parallel with known frequencies.

Well,

that most likely pirate station is on air for a week or more now. TDoA point to an area around Ravenna in Italy (-> https://maps.app.goo.gl/JRDQvQQziHZuH9om8). But that is the closest TDoA at the moment.

The content of that loop is absolute nonsense and reminds me of a note on the back cover aof Mike Oldfield's TUBULAR BELLS from 1973:

This stereo record cannot be played on old tin boxes no matter what they are fitted with. If you are in possession of such equipment please hand it into the nearest police station.

Apparently it's "self-amplified vaccines" which is just mispronounced. The Italian always sounded more like vaccines than toxins so that makes sense, and it makes more sense as anti-vax trolls than some kind of sinister warning about weapons of mass destruction. Getting weakly into midwest USR SDRs 0245 29 June.

Is this the same station that has had Sound of Hope in Chinese, and in AM, pretty regularly (such as right now 2310 UTC 29 JUNE 2025) when the USB anti-vax loop isn't playing? That would make sense since Falun Gong is at least allied with the anti-vax global Right, and I've never heard both at once....and the English pronunciation on the anti-vax loop is pretty bad (I can't assess the Italian).

Not that it matters much and also not surprising that it was widely heard but this was reported in the International Amateur Radio Union (IARU) Intruder Watch newsletter for June, 2025:

During that month we were also affected by the disruptive transmissions of an unidentified station which broadcasted
audio loops containing speech and slogans expressing opposition to self-amplifying vaccines on 7000 kHz using USB as TX
mode.
The transmissions began on June 16th, featuring the repeated playback of a lengthy speech critical of this type of vaccine.
On the following day, the content changed, consisting of short slogans on the same topic, broadcast repeatedly in Italian
(male voice) and English (female voice), continuously throughout the day and night, and continued in this manner until the
end of the month.

The existence of this intruding transmission was reported to the IWS coordinator in Italy and to the Italian IARU member
society, ARI, so that they could inform the appropriate national authority. The German IWS coordinator (DARC) notified the
BNetzA (the German telecommunications authority) of the transmissions.
They ceased on June 29th, although the reason for their termination remains unknown as of today
