S9 with the KFS KiwiSDR. First noticed them direct, but very weak. Two or three guys in Spanish talking about something electrical, gas prices (?), mentions of “aquí en Mexico” and Guadalajara. Unusual frequency. “Uno dos tres cuatro prueba” a few times. At 0501 UTC sounds exactly like what was said earlier about gas in Guadalajara, playing recordings? From this point on everything I have already heard, not sure what is going on here. Off at 0518 UTC.
