SDR recording catch. 0311 sign on into OM singing.
ID in PSK31 and voice at 0324.
Possible ID and off at 0327.

Heard this briefly as I was on my way out of the house shortly after 0300 UTC.
Was an OM singing a rock tune, didn't catch an ID.
Signal was OK, copyable, but a bit on the low side.
