Radio New Zealand (RNZ) News with stories on extreme flooding in the country presented by Hugh O'brien followed by "Video Watch" program. Strong signals with SINPO 5/5/5/5/5.  Logged with AirSpy HF+ Discovery with 60 Ft Loop on Ground antenna and K-480WLA system.
