SDR recording catch. Carrier Sleuth showed a carrier on from 2326-2350 UTC. I could hear music during this time, mixing in with the usual stuff on 1620, the kinds of music the UNID MoR station plays:

2332 Dolly Parton "I Will Always Love You"
2335 Madonna "Into The Groove"
2338 Cher "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves"
2341 Stories "Brother Louie"
2344 "Missing"
